- 4 medium potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into a lattice pattern.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the lattice cut potatoes with the oil mixture.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
