Crispy air-fried paneer popcorn that’s quick and easy to make.

- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
- In a bowl, mix cornflour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each paneer cube in the egg, then coat with the cornflour mixture.
- Roll the coated paneer in breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil.
- Place the paneer in the basket in a single layer.
- Spray the paneer with oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
