Description

Crispy air-fried paneer popcorn that’s quick and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cornflour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix cornflour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each paneer cube in the egg, then coat with the cornflour mixture.
  4. Roll the coated paneer in breadcrumbs.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with oil.
  6. Place the paneer in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray the paneer with oil.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Adjust spices to taste.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
