Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  3. Add chicken wings to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  5. Arrange the wings on the rack and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of gochujang based on your spice preference.
  • For extra crispy wings, broil for the last 5 minutes.
  • These wings pair well with rice or a salad.
