Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Arrange the wings on the rack and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of gochujang based on your spice preference.
- For extra crispy wings, broil for the last 5 minutes.
- These wings pair well with rice or a salad.
