  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place flour, eggs, and crushed cornflakes in three separate bowls.
  4. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into the flour.
  5. Coat each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then cornflakes.
  6. Place the chicken on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Mix honey, hot sauce, and melted butter in a bowl.
  9. Pour the sauce over the hot chicken.

Notes
