- 2 chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place flour, eggs, and crushed cornflakes in three separate bowls.
- Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into the flour.
- Coat each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then cornflakes.
- Place the chicken on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Mix honey, hot sauce, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the hot chicken.
Notes
- Use Panko breadcrumbs if you lack cornflakes.
- Add more hot sauce for extra heat.
- Spray chicken with oil for more crunch.
