- 1 pound scallops
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, stirring until smooth.
- Place scallops in a baking dish and pour the garlic sauce over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until scallops are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
