A creamy and delicious ice cream made with bananas, chocolate, and tahini.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Slice the bananas and freeze them for at least 2 hours.
- In a blender, combine frozen bananas, tahini, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Scoop and serve your ice cream.
Notes
- Make sure bananas are fully ripe for sweetness.
- You can adjust the sweetness by altering the maple syrup.
- For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
