- 3/4 cup sugar

- 1/4 cup sugar (for sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add flour and mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a lined springform pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark brown.
- Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
- For the pistachio sauce, blend pistachios with water and sugar until smooth.
- Serve cheesecake with pistachio sauce on top.
