Ingredients

- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Sift in the flour and salt, and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is dark brown.
- Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- Can be topped with fresh fruit or a fruit compote.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
