A quick and easy beef and broccoli stir-fry perfect for weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, stirring for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- Use flank steak for more tenderness.
