Description

Bessara is a traditional Moroccan soup made from fava beans. It is hearty and nutritious, perfect for a warm meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried fava beans
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
