Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey or lavender syrup
  • 1 tbsp elderflower syrup or fresh fruit juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries or rhubarb (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add fresh fruit and mint or basil leaves into a glass.
  2. Gently muddle to release flavors.
  3. Pour in freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice.
  4. Add honey or lavender syrup.
  5. Fill the glass with ice.
  6. Top with sparkling water or sparkling apple juice.
