A creamy dessert made with black sesame and coconut milk.
Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup black sesame paste
- 2 teaspoons gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Stir in black sesame paste until well combined.
- Add bloomed gelatin to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- To serve, unmold the panna cotta and garnish as desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- For a nutty flavor, toast black sesame seeds before use.
- Can be served with fruit or a sauce of your choice.
