Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup black sesame paste
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Stir in black sesame paste until well combined.
  4. Add bloomed gelatin to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  6. To serve, unmold the panna cotta and garnish as desired.
