Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Rub spice mixture onto both sides of the sea bass fillets.
- Drizzle olive oil on the grill grates.
- Place sea bass on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to make salsa.
- Serve the blackened sea bass topped with mango salsa.
