- 1/2 cup roasted bone marrow, scraped from bones
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine softened butter and roasted bone marrow.
- Add minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to parchment paper and shape into a log.
- Wrap tightly and refrigerate until firm.
- Slice and use on grilled meats.
