Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup roasted bone marrow
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast the bone marrow in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until it is soft.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the roasted bone marrow.
- Add parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and shape it into a log.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
- Slice and serve on steaks or bread.
Notes
- Use high-quality bones for the best flavor.
- Store leftover butter in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Can be frozen for longer storage.
