Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup bone marrow
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat bone marrow in a pan over medium heat until melted.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover rice for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Can add protein like chicken or shrimp if desired.
