Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup cooked halal sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced bell peppers and onions; sauté until soft.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- Pour eggs into the skillet; cook until scrambled.
- Add cooked sausage and cheese; mix well.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Spoon egg mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas to form burritos.
- Serve warm.

- You can add salsa or hot sauce for extra flavor.
