A quick and easy breakfast dish featuring chicken strips cooked in a skillet.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add diced bell peppers and onion to the skillet.
- Cook until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and pour them over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cook until eggs are set, about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with toast for a complete meal.
- You can add other vegetables as desired.
