Description
Brigadeiros are traditional Brazilian chocolate truffles made with condensed milk, cocoa powder, and chocolate sprinkles.
Ingredients

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Chocolate sprinkles for coating
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
- Grease your hands with butter and form small balls from the mixture.
- Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles to coat.
- Place the brigadeiros in paper cups and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
- These can be made a day in advance.
- Feel free to experiment with different toppings.
