Description

Brigadeiros are traditional Brazilian chocolate truffles made with condensed milk, cocoa powder, and chocolate sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Chocolate sprinkles for coating

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  4. Grease your hands with butter and form small balls from the mixture.
  5. Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles to coat.
  6. Place the brigadeiros in paper cups and serve.
