Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips.
  8. Spread brownie batter evenly in the baking pan.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top of the brownie layer.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
