Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder.
- Add honey or maple syrup and almond butter. Mix well.
- Stir in dark chocolate chips, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- You can substitute almond butter with peanut butter.
- These can be frozen for longer storage.
