Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup and almond butter. Mix well.
  3. Stir in dark chocolate chips, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
