- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter.
- Coat the florets in breadcrumbs.
- Place florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Toss baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or extra-hot buffalo sauce.
- Serve with celery sticks for crunch.
- This dish is best enjoyed immediately after baking.
