Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter.
  4. Coat the florets in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Toss baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
