Description

These egg rolls contain buffalo chicken filling. You get a crisp shell and a creamy center.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken sauce cream cheese mozzarella and onions in a bowl.
  2. Place one wrapper on a flat surface.
  3. Put two tablespoons of filling in the center.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the mixture.
  5. Fold in the sides.
  6. Roll the wrapper toward the top corner.
  7. Seal the edge with water.
  8. Fry in oil until brown.
  9. Drain on paper towels.

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Keep your wrappers covered with a damp towel.
