Description
These egg rolls contain buffalo chicken filling. You get a crisp shell and a creamy center.

- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix chicken sauce cream cheese mozzarella and onions in a bowl.
- Place one wrapper on a flat surface.
- Put two tablespoons of filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the mixture.
- Fold in the sides.
- Roll the wrapper toward the top corner.
- Seal the edge with water.
- Fry in oil until brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Keep your wrappers covered with a damp towel.
- Serve your rolls with ranch dressing.
