Description

A fresh and creamy burrata cheese served with sweet roasted strawberries and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic reduction
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the strawberries with olive oil and honey.
  3. Spread the strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove the strawberries from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  5. On a serving plate, place the burrata cheese in the center.
  6. Top the burrata with the roasted strawberries.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
