Description
A fresh and creamy burrata cheese served with sweet roasted strawberries and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons balsamic reduction
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the strawberries with olive oil and honey.
- Spread the strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the strawberries from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- On a serving plate, place the burrata cheese in the center.
- Top the burrata with the roasted strawberries.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
