Description

A flavorful and spicy Cajun seafood boil packed with shrimp, crab, and corn.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of shrimp
  • 1 pound of crab legs
  • 4 ears of corn, cut in half
  • 1 pound of baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and add salt, Cajun seasoning, and garlic.
  2. Bring the water to a boil.
  3. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the shrimp and crab legs. Cook until the shrimp turn pink.
  6. Remove from heat and drain.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
  • Serve with melted butter for dipping.
  • Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
