- 1 head of hispi cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cut the hispi cabbage in half lengthwise.
- Brush the cut sides with olive oil and season with salt.
- Place the cabbage cut side down on the grill.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes until charred and tender.
- While the cabbage grills, mix miso paste and softened butter in a bowl.
- Remove the cabbage from the grill and spread the miso butter over the top.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
