Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Combine feta and mozzarella in a bowl.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  7. Place cheese mixture in the center of each circle.
  8. Fold the edges to form a boat shape.
  9. Brush with egg wash.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
