- 24 frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Apply cooking spray to a mini muffin tin.
- Place two frozen tater tots into each muffin cup.
- Bake the tots for 10 minutes.
- Remove the tin and press a small spoon into the center of the tots to create a cup shape.
- Fill each potato cup with shredded cheese and bacon crumbles.
- Return the tin to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove when the cheese melts.
- Top with chopped chives and serve hot.

- Grease the muffin tin well to stop sticking.
