Ingredients

  • 1 pound meatballs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Warm the meatballs and sauce in a pan.
  3. Slice your rolls open.
  4. Brush the inside of the rolls with garlic butter.
  5. Place the rolls on a tray.
  6. Spoon the meatballs and sauce into the rolls.
  7. Cover the meatballs with mozzarella and parmesan.
  8. Bake the subs for 8 minutes.

Notes

  • Use a serrated knife to cut the rolls.
  • Add red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Toast the bread alone first for crunch.
