- 1 pound meatballs
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Warm the meatballs and sauce in a pan.
- Slice your rolls open.
- Brush the inside of the rolls with garlic butter.
- Place the rolls on a tray.
- Spoon the meatballs and sauce into the rolls.
- Cover the meatballs with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake the subs for 8 minutes.
Notes
- Use a serrated knife to cut the rolls.
- Add red pepper flakes for heat.
- Toast the bread alone first for crunch.
