Description

A delicious and filling breakfast option made with chicken and cheese in a tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced bell peppers and onions, sauté until soft.
  3. Mix in shredded chicken, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place one tortilla in the skillet, add chicken mixture, and sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, then flip.
  6. Cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet and slice into wedges.
