A delicious twist on the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu, this casserole uses turkey rashers instead of ham for a lighter option.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey rashers, chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped turkey rashers, and Swiss cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the milk mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to use any cooked chicken you have on hand.
- You can substitute Swiss cheese with mozzarella if desired.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked later.
