Description

- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/4 cup parsley
Instructions
- Season your chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge your chicken in flour.
- Heat oil in your skillet.
- Cook your chicken for 3 minutes per side.
- Remove your chicken from the pan.
- Add lemon juice and stock to the pan.
- Whisk in butter and capers.
- Simmer your sauce for 2 minutes.
- Return your chicken to the pan.
- Garnish your dish with parsley.
