Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili paste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add chicken strips to the marinade. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. In another bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce, and chili paste to make the sauce.
  6. Serve chicken skewers with peanut sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
  • Adjust chili paste according to spice preference.
