Description
Grilled chicken skewers served with a rich peanut sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili paste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken strips to the marinade. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce, and chili paste to make the sauce.
- Serve chicken skewers with peanut sauce on the side.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Adjust chili paste according to spice preference.
- Peanut sauce can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
