Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix cheese, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Place the bread slices butter-side down on a baking tray.
  5. Top each slice with the cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and bread is crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and cut into halves.
  8. Serve hot.
