Spicy and cheesy toast with a Mumbai twist.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix cheese, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place the bread slices butter-side down on a baking tray.
- Top each slice with the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and bread is crispy.
- Remove from oven and cut into halves.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer chilies.
- Use any bread type you prefer.
- Add herbs like oregano for extra flavor.
