Description

Chimichurri steak bites are tender pieces of steak marinated in a flavorful chimichurri sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.
  2. Add steak pieces to the bowl and mix well to coat them in the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the steak bites for 3-4 minutes on each side until they reach desired doneness.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with extra chimichurri sauce on the side.
