Description
Chimichurri steak bites are tender pieces of steak marinated in a flavorful chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.
- Add steak pieces to the bowl and mix well to coat them in the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak bites for 3-4 minutes on each side until they reach desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with extra chimichurri sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
