Delicious chocolate almond butter cups made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner.
- Add a spoonful of almond butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Cover with more melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
- Use dairy-free chocolate for a vegan option.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
