- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cheesecake layer)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in granulated sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter and swirl gently.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars.
