Description
Chocolate Coconut Laddoo is a delicious Indian sweet made from coconut, cocoa powder, and condensed milk. It is shaped into small balls and coated with coconut.
Ingredients

- 2 cups grated coconut
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a pan, combine grated coconut, condensed milk, cocoa powder, and cardamom powder.
- Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens, stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Once cool enough to handle, grease your hands and shape the mixture into small balls.
- Roll the balls in extra grated coconut to coat.
- Place the laddoos on a plate and let them set.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
- Chopped nuts add a nice crunch.
- Store in an airtight container.
