Description

Chocolate Coconut Laddoo is a delicious Indian sweet made from coconut, cocoa powder, and condensed milk. It is shaped into small balls and coated with coconut.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated coconut
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pan, combine grated coconut, condensed milk, cocoa powder, and cardamom powder.
  2. Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens, stirring continuously.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Once cool enough to handle, grease your hands and shape the mixture into small balls.
  5. Roll the balls in extra grated coconut to coat.
  6. Place the laddoos on a plate and let them set.
