- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and strawberries gently.
- Press graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool completely.
- Melt chocolate chips with butter in a microwave.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over cooled cheesecake.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
