Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pipe the mixture onto baking sheets in 4-inch logs.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool completely.
  9. Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  10. Fill each eclair with whipped cream.
  11. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the filled eclairs.
