Description
A rich and gooey chocolate dessert served in pots.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 100g granulated sugar
- 50g all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Grease four ramekins with butter.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale.
- Combine the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture.
- Fold in the flour and salt gently.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
- Let them cool for a minute before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm for a gooey center.
- Pair with vanilla ice cream.
- Store any leftovers in the fridge.
