Chocolate Granola Clusters are a delicious and healthy snack option. They combine oats, nuts, and chocolate for a satisfying crunch.

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, and salt.
- In a saucepan, combine honey and coconut oil over low heat until melted.
- Stir in vanilla extract and pour over the oat mixture. Mix well.
- Add chocolate chips and mix gently.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
- Feel free to substitute nuts with seeds for a nut-free version.
- Add dried fruit for extra flavor.
