A delightful dessert featuring chocolate nut chips paired with a fresh fruit salsa.
Ingredients

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts, chopped
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 cup kiwi, diced
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Stir in the chopped nuts until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper.
- Refrigerate until set.
- In a bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, lime juice, and honey.
- Mix well to create the fruit salsa.
- Serve chocolate nut chips with fruit salsa on the side.
Notes
- Use your favorite nuts for variation.
- Adjust the sweetness of the salsa with more or less honey.
- Chill the salsa for 30 minutes for better flavor.
