Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. Melt dark chocolate with heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat.
  6. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice.
  7. Mix the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until smooth.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
