Description
A delicious dessert combining layers of chocolate and pistachio in a crispy kataifi base.
Ingredients

- 200g kataifi pastry
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 300ml heavy cream
- 100g pistachios, chopped
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix kataifi pastry with melted butter and spread in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a saucepan, melt dark chocolate over low heat.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fold melted chocolate into whipped cream.
- Layer kataifi, chocolate cream, and pistachios in serving glasses.
- Repeat layers and top with remaining pistachios.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for better flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by varying powdered sugar.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
