Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios.
- Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until firm.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead of time.
- Feel free to add more nuts if desired.
