Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fill cooled pastry balls with whipped cream.
- Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream to create sauce.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce over filled profiteroles before serving.
