Description

Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 150g mini marshmallows
  • 100g chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
  • 50g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces.
  2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the milk chocolate until smooth.
  4. Add the crushed biscuits, mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and desiccated coconut.
  5. Stir until well combined.
  6. Spoon the mixture into a lined baking tray and press down firmly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
