Chocolate Rocky Road Slice is a no-bake dessert packed with chocolate, marshmallows, and nuts.

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 150g mini marshmallows
- 100g chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
- 50g desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces.
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a bowl over simmering water.
- Remove from heat and mix in the milk chocolate until smooth.
- Add the crushed biscuits, mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and desiccated coconut.
- Stir until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a lined baking tray and press down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can use different types of nuts based on your preference.
- For a vegan version, use dairy-free chocolate and butter.
