Description
A delicious treat made from dates stuffed with chocolate and tahini.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Mix tahini and sea salt in a bowl.
- Stuff each date with a spoonful of tahini mixture.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the stuffed dates.
- Place dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes until chocolate is set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be refrigerated for up to a week.
- Use almond butter instead of tahini for a different flavor.
