Description

A delicious treat made from dates stuffed with chocolate and tahini.


Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  4. Mix tahini and sea salt in a bowl.
  5. Stuff each date with a spoonful of tahini mixture.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over the stuffed dates.
  7. Place dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes until chocolate is set.
  9. Let cool before serving.
