Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add butter and egg, mix until dough forms.
- Press dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate in a bowl.
- Heat cream and pour over melted chocolate, stir until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract to the ganache.
- Pour ganache into the cooled tart shell.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor.
- Let the tart cool completely before adding ganache.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
