Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add butter and egg, mix until dough forms.
  4. Press dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate in a bowl.
  6. Heat cream and pour over melted chocolate, stir until smooth.
  7. Add vanilla extract to the ganache.
  8. Pour ganache into the cooled tart shell.
  9. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
